Absolutely, we love hosting your special events on board! To ensure everyone has a fantastic experience, all celebrations are subject to our Terms & Conditions, including our dress code, decoration guidelines, and behavioural expectations. We have table and catering packages available to suit larger groups. These larger tables are limited and catering options need as much notice as possible, please head to our website to book or email bookings@oasiscruising.com.au for any queries. We have tables that can accommodate groups of up to 6 and 100+ people.

Seating for General Admission Ticket Holders is available on a first come, first served basis, and is limited! Be sure to arrive for boarding early. If you would like a dedicated seating space on Middle or River Deck or a VIP Booth on Top Deck, please head to our website to book or email bookings@oasiscruising.com.au to secure your space!

We are tightly governed by a maximum capacity. Once we reach capacity the event is sold out and we are unable to sell any more tickets. The occasional ticket(s) may become available through Eventbrite should there be you'll be contacted as soon as availability opens up.

It is admission only. Food and beverage are available to purchase onboard.

OASIS operates a smart casual dress code.
Enclosed shoes are preferred. However open-toed heels, fashion sneakers, and neat casual sandals are welcome when styled as part of a polished outfit. Please note we do not allow thongs, slides of any kind, running shoes, sports shoes, or heavily branded athletic footwear.
Muscle tees, sports singlets, gym wear, tracksuit pants, board shorts, stubby shorts, and other overly casual clothing are not permitted. Clothing displaying offensive or inappropriate language or graphics is not permitted.
Tattoos are welcome, but we ask that any aggressive or offensive tattoos, especially those visible above the collar, are covered. This includes imagery or language that could be considered inappropriate. Please note that face tattoos are not permitted (except for cultural or traditional tattoos).
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet the dress code requirements. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you onboard.

All our ticketed events are strictly 18+ and valid photo ID must be shown at entry. For private functions, we can tailor the restrictions to meet our client’s needs.

OASIS is 100% under cover so we can cruise in all weather conditions. On the rare occasion of extremely bad weather we will notify via social media should we need to cancel.

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Guests must be 18 years and over to attend an OASIS ticketed event. You must have a valid ID with you, photos or copies of ID will not be accepted. Acceptable forms of ID required:
- A current Australian drivers license
- An Australian or foreign passport
- An Australian 18+ Card

Smoking and Vaping is permitted, we have a designated outdoor smoking area is on Level 2. We ask that all cigarette butts be correctly disposed of to protect our environment.

The closest train station is Central Station, there are several bus stops near the pick up location in Brisbane City. There are also a number of Secure Parking Stations nearby available.

Botanic Gardens River Hub: The most convenient drop-off point to find the wharf is the corner of Edward and Alice Street in the city. Once you arrive at this location, you’ll find a walkway along the water's edge leading toward the gardens. The wharf is located just to the left once you're inside the gardens.

New Farm River Hub: If you’re familiar with the ferry terminal at New Farm Park, we’re located at the wharf approximately 300 meters to the left towards the Powerhouse. For parking, both the Powerhouse and New Farm Park parking areas are your best options. Powerhouse has secure parking located on Lamington Street. As well as New Farm Park has loads of local parking areas.

We have a strict no refunds policy, so please take caution when booking your tickets.

Please note if you arrive to board OASIS and our security deems you intoxicated you will not be allowed onboard and will be asked to depart the dock with a friend. In this instance we will offer you the chance to move your tickets to next week.

If you become intoxicated onboard our team will remove you to a private location to assist you, if our team deems it is necessary to remove you from the boat. We will pull into the nearest dock and you and a friend will have to depart from the cruise.

Please note if you plan on bringing a cake onboard you must email bookings@oasiscruising.com.au to let our team know as a cakeage fee of $50 will be charged. Cupcakes are preferred however we do welcome cakes .

The majority of OASIS cruises pick up and drop off guests from Botanic Gardens River Hub. Event specific boarding times and locations will be emailed to you the week of the event - please keep an eye out for emails from us.

We advise guests to arrive 15 mins before boarding and please have your ticket ready to avoid any delays. Weekend traffic can cause delays getting to City Botanic Gardens if arriving by car and we encourage you to allow extra time to ensure you arrive on time for your cruise.

Please note we must abide by our wharf booking schedule and under no circumstances can we overstay our allocated time should guests be running late.

Certainly! Our guests are welcome to explore all 3 levels of the boat throughout the cruise unless we have reached maximum capacity on top deck and then we operate a one down, one up system. We encourage all guests to explore all levels OASIS Feel free and experience the different atmospheres views.

We acknowledge tattoos are a fashionable part of culture however it is our policy not to permit aggressive or offensive tattoos, especially above the collar. No face tattoos permitted
